Before you purchase, download and use Teconce themes for your own purposes, or for your client website please make sure you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms. The use of our themes, we assume you’ve read, understood and accepted the terms of use that follows.
Note that we reserve the right to change the prices or the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

Under no circumstances shall Teconce be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Teconce or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.

License Types

Our products, including, but not limited to, themes and plugins, are created to be used by end users, including, but not limited to, designers, bloggers and developers for final work (personal and client websites). You can see what every license comes with on the single product. Our products only work on the self-hosted version of WordPress. You can’t use one of our themes or plugins on a WordPress.com blog. Our products are released under GNU general public license. You are allowed to remove the copyright information in the footer and make any modifications you want to your themes.

Theme Updates

Each time a new version of WordPress is released, we check our themes for compatibility with the new version, and we update them if this is required. Also we update our themes any time we discover a bug or when a new feature has been added to the theme.

Support

With the purchase of a theme, you get full access to our Support Center. Technical Support is provided on our Support Desk via tickets, and you should not expect it via Facebook, Twitter or any other means. This is the quickest and most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme package to receive support. Moreover, the support that we offer shall include common issues and bugs that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any themes.
Support is free of charge for existing customers.
We don’t offer support for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.

Use of Third Party Services

As a part of our Service, we may offer links to websites operated by various third parties and is not responsible or liable for any acts or omissions created or performed by these third parties. We provide such links for your convenience and reference only. Teconce does not operate or control in any way any information, software, products or services available on such web sites. Our inclusion of a link to a website does not imply any endorsement of the services or the site, its contents, or its sponsoring organization.

Acceptable Use Policy

Teconce holds zero tolerance for behavior that is abusive, insulting, demeaning, and/or harassment of any kind in our community. We are committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for our users and employees, regardless of the level of experience, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristics. Continued use of unacceptable behavior could result in a halt of correspondence and/or service with you.

The following is a partial list of the kinds of activities that are prohibited on the forums or through email with our Support Team:

  • Language, behaviour or submitting materials that are abusive, insulting, demeaning, and/or engages in harassment.
  • Submitting materials that are offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
  • Engaging in activity, or submitting materials, or promoting information that is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.

In addition, you covenant and represent that you will not engage in interactions with Teconce users or employees in violation of the law or these Terms of Service.

Registration

By registering and participating in our service, you agree to the following:

You agree to be contacted via email by Teconce, regarding Teconce services, and third parties if relevant.
You give Teconce permission to showcase your profile and such other information as may be supplied by you as we shall deem advisable in our sole determination in connection with the service or for marketing purposes thereof.
You grant Teconce permission to access your account while troubleshooting issues or while being provided support. They include any graphics, audio, video, messages, data, information, text, or other material posted/uploaded/transmitted to or through our service using your account.
You may visit our Site without registering. However, you will be required to register for an account in order to buy any of our themes or products. When creating an account, users agree to give us consent to collect and store your name, address, country of origin and email.
