Teconce LLC Last updated: 21 July 2026

⚠️ This is a draft prepared by a developer, not a lawyer. It describes what the apps below actually do, which is the right starting point — but have it reviewed before you publish, and update it whenever an app’s data handling changes. Requirements also differ by region (GDPR, CCPA, and others).

⚠️ Confirm the exact registered legal name matches “Teconce LLC” before publishing; it should be identical to your Play developer account and company filing.

This policy covers the apps published by Teconce LLC. It is written at the company level so a single page can serve every app, while remaining specific about what each one does — a requirement for the Google Play listing that links here.

Adding a future app: add a row here and, if it collects anything not already described, a short subsection under “What we collect per app”. The general sections below apply to every Teconce app. A new app must not be listed in the Play Console as using this policy until it actually appears in this table.

The short version

Where an app offers offline use, you can use it without giving us anything. If you choose to sign in, your data is backed up so you can restore it on another device. We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

What we collect — in general

Across our apps we may collect, only when the specific app and your choices require it:

  • Content you create in the app (for Counten Pro, your counters and counts)
  • An anonymous identifier generated by Google Firebase, so your data can sync without an account
  • Your email address, and your name from a sign-in provider, if you choose to create an account

We never receive or store your password. Authentication is handled by Google Firebase; when you sign in with a provider such as Google we receive an identity token, never your password.

We do not collect, in any current Teconce app: your location, your contacts, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics.

This section describes the broadest case across our apps. Any individual app may collect less. What each app actually collects is stated precisely in that app’s Google Play Data safety section, which is maintained per app.

What we collect per app

Counten Pro

As a guest (no account): your counters — their names, Arabic text, descriptions, counts, laps and timers — and an anonymous Firebase identifier. This is stored on your device and synced under the anonymous identifier so it survives a reinstall.

With an account: additionally your email address, and your account name if you sign in with Google.

Counten Pro does not collect location, contacts, advertising identifiers, analytics, or any content of your worship beyond the counters you create.

Why we collect it

Solely to make your content available across your devices and recoverable if you lose your phone. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the infrastructure that runs the apps:

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. Deleting your account removes your data from our servers automatically — see below.

Deleting your data

In the app: open the app’s account or backup screen and choose to delete your account and data. In Counten Pro this is Counter list → account icon → Delete my account and data. It permanently removes your account and everything stored with it, from both your device and our servers, and cannot be undone.

From the web, or if you cannot open the app: visit https://teconce.com/apps/delete-account or write to [email protected] from the address on your account, telling us which app. We will action it within 30 days.

Deletion removes your account, the content you created in the app, your email address, and your authentication record. Nothing is retained afterwards.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, protected by security rules that permit each account to access only its own data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these.

Changes

We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be announced in the affected app.
